Insight Scheduler for Agile PPM Add-on module is an extension built using Agile API to compute estimated start/end dates for tasks in projects created in Agile PPM.
The out-of-box Oracle | Agile PPM scheduler is able to schedule the project but the scheduling does not take into account actual dates already updated in the project. This in effect means that the impact of execution delay or acceleration is not visible on the pending tasks in the project. Insight Scheduler for Agile PPM add-on module schedules the project considering actual dates updated in the project and saves the projected dates as estimated start and finish dates on tasks. This gives Project Managers sense of how project is moving currently with visibility of expected dates for achieving various milestones in the project.
